Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply chain, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Manage and analyze market intelligence data to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide input on product development and pricing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and report on margin leakage and channel conflicts to ensure optimal pricing execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and a second European language.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (less than 25%).
