- Assist in maintaining the integrity and security of the company's network infrastructure, implementing security protocols, monitoring network performance, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
- Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides to facilitate self-help and improve support efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for users on IT systems and processes.
- Keep track of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals, and assist in the procurement process for IT equipment as needed.
Collaboration and Leadership
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
