About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team at Leo Burnett. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality strategic and creative digital output for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead the development of digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, paid media, and CRM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless execution of digital projects.
  • Provide strategic input and recommendations to clients on digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate client progress meetings, presentations, and social calendars.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • University degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience managing clients on 360 digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in English (C1 or more).
