About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Definition Analyst to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our payment solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing pivotal payment functionalities, including 3DS, Fraud screening, and Tokenization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements to craft optimal functional solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Cultivate and disseminate comprehensive functional knowledge of payment products to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Provide hands-on support during the production phase, investigating and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Oversee software solution development and enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead functional design requirements and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure functional compatibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Interface with stakeholders, including Product Management and Project Management, to drive project success.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in computer science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product definition or similar roles is required. Strong interpersonal skills with a multicultural approach and effective communication are essential. Familiarity with Agile frameworks is advantageous, as is proficiency in REST API design and scripting (Python). Understanding of payments and/or travel industry is a plus.
