About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Definition Analyst to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing pivotal payment functionalities, including 3DS, Fraud screening, and Tokenization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business requirements to craft optimal functional solutions
  • Cultivating and disseminating comprehensive functional knowledge of payment products
  • Providing hands-on support during the production phase, investigating and resolving issues
  • Overseeing software solution development and enhancements, ensuring seamless production processes
  • Leading functional design requirements and documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure functional compatibility and alignment
  • Interface with stakeholders, including Product Management and Project Management, to drive project success

Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product definition or similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a multicultural approach and effective communication
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks is advantageous
  • Proficiency in REST API design and scripting (Python) is desirable
  • Understanding of payments and/or travel industry is a plus
