Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the product's mini-CEO, overseeing its development and success.
- Establish and uphold a competitive product strategy informed by customer insights, feedback from the sales team, market analysis, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and gain leadership endorsement for the product's business case, including investment requirements and anticipated ROI.
- Create a product roadmap focused on delivering value swiftly while coordinating with other Product Managers.
- Implement the product roadmap through a prioritized backlog of features, collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to assess performance and gather customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to launch the product effectively and maximize its adoption.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to development, market introduction, and eventual retirement when necessary.
Qualifications:
- In-depth Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic payment systems, fintech, or the travel industry.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven experience in product management or strategy, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Regulatory Insight: Understanding of relevant regulations in electronic payments is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
