We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Transition Manager to join our Business Architecture Department at Allianz Popular Sl. in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities- Gather detailed requirements and create system specifications to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical system specifications, ensuring alignment with our company's goals.
- Map/document the dependencies and influences of new system requirements to ensure a smooth transition.
- Create and maintain structured system-specific documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Work with project managers and development teams to ensure that implemented functionality meets architectural and design guidelines.
- Produce release notes and roadmaps to keep stakeholders informed.
- Cultivate good relationships with program stakeholders and communicate transparently to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support the entire development lifecycle and review test cases for QA to ensure proper testing.
- Provide subject matter expertise for change management processes and systems.
- Identify new contact center trends and discuss them with the business to drive innovation.
- Define the ultimate vision for proof-of-concept and solution technical architecture.
- Develop application designs/blueprints and create Business Architecture deliverables that are consistent with SOA (service-oriented architecture) principles.
- Identify relevant logical modules and services to fulfill future solution architecture.
- Communicate implications of architectural decisions and issues to all stakeholders.
- Technical degree in Telecommunications Technology or similar.
- Working experience of 12 to 15 years in a similar domain.
- Experience with UCCE and Cloud environments will be a plus.
- At least 3 years' experience in contact center systems analysis.
- Experience in working with global, multi-cultural teams.
- Understand Contact Center ECO systems dependencies.
