Technical Support Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team in Greece. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and educating merchants on how to manage their Google My Business listings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in creating and managing their Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support clients in verifying and activating their Google My Business listings.
  • Guide clients in responding to customer reviews and resolving review-related issues.
  • Provide education on search ranking and optimization techniques.
  • Assist clients in reinstating suspended or disabled Google My Business listings.
  • Ensure clients comply with Google My Business guidelines and data quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Danish language
  • Working proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, including storage, networking, and Windows/Mac
