Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues related to mobile devices and other technical problems.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our clients.
  3. Listing Management: Assist clients in creating and managing their Google My Business listings, including verification and activation.
  4. Review Management: Guide clients in responding to customer reviews and resolving review-related issues.
  5. Search Ranking: Educate clients on search ranking best practices and strategies.
  6. Listing Reinstatement: Support clients in reinstating suspended or disabled Google My Business listings.
  7. Client Onboarding: Ensure that clients understand and comply with Google My Business guidelines and data quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and working proficiency in English (C1 level).
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT topics, including storage, networking, Windows, and Mac.
