Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Claire's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

• Support Store Management: Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to achieve retail store targets and drive sales growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
• Ear Piercing: Perform ear piercing services (you will receive full training).
• Store Presentation: Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

• Education: Some high school education is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Customer Service: You must understand the importance of customer service.
• Mathematics and Reading Comprehension: A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills are required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Adaptability: Ability to bend, stoop, extend reach, climb ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate a POS system.
