Job Title: Sr Label Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Label Coordinator to join our Global Clinical Supplies Team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison and support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate label, patient card, and dosing card activities, ensuring activities are completed as needed according to PPD SOP requirements and/or client requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and regulatory approval of information to be included on labels, patient cards, and dosing cards in clinical trials.
  • Review source documents and requests for quotes, and assist with the development and maintenance of the Global Labeling Management tool as per SOP-CS-38 and the Translation Glossary.

Requirements:

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years).
  • Intermediate English and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to use proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestions.
  • Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer), including keyboarding skills.

  • Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
  • Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours.
  • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
  • Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
