Job Summary:

Vèringer Ingeniería Avanzada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical discipline activities for specific projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience in coordinating with other departments and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform electrical engineering activities, including cable and lighting calculation notes, cable schedule and power and lighting distributions, cable routing design, earthing system design, design of electrical schematics, and material take-off.
  • Distribute workloads among assigned teams, controlling execution and quality of work.
  • Coordinate with other Specialist Leads involved in the project.
  • Ensure that discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with project QHSE plans and company and discipline engineering processes and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering specialized in Electrical.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining, or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installations design as earthing, power cable routing, and lighting.
  • Knowledge of software: AUTOCAD, ETAP, DIALUX, (SPEL, CANECO, JANUS, VDB, SPMAT valued).
  • Fluent in English (Fluent in French valued).
