An international company, Vèringer Ingeniería Avanzada, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee all engineering activities in the electrical discipline for specific projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and external agencies to ensure that engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements.
Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours, with a check-in time between 7:30h and 9:30h, and a departure time from 16:45h. On Fridays, you can leave from 14:00h.
Hybrid Work Mode: 3 days of remote work and 2 days of office work.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and perform electrical engineering activities, including cable and lighting calculation notes, cable schedule and power and lighting distributions, cable routing design, earthing system design, design of electrical schematics, and material take-off.
- Distribute workload among assigned team members, controlling execution and quality of work.
- Coordinate with other Specialist Leads involved in the project.
- Ensure that discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with project QHSE plans and company and discipline engineering processes and standards.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, specialized in Electrical.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining, or Petrochemical Industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installations design, such as earthing, power cable routing, and lighting.
- Knowledge of software: AUTOCAD, ETAP, DIALUX, (SPEL, CANECO, JANUS, VDB, SPMAT valued).
- Fluent in English (Fluent in French valued).
