Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Product team for Inventory & Stock Room Management, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on warehouse management solutions based on SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in an agile DevOps environment, collaborating closely with the team to deliver best-in-class IT and digitalization solutions.
  • Enable and support internal business partners to achieve BASF business goals through the provision of expert advice and guidance.
  • Define solution and technical design based on business requirements, with a focus on SAP IM and StRM processes.
  • Support the migration from R3 to S4/Hana, with a focus on process optimization and customization.
  • Contribute to project planning, cost estimations, and user training.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in SAP StRM and SAP MM-IM, including customization and integration with other SAP modules.
Requirements
  • Education: Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Work Experience: Ideally, extensive knowledge of logistics processes, with experience in S4/Hana and transformation projects.
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Experience in SAP WM, SAP LE, SAP MM, and S4/Hana environment, with good communication skills and a strong understanding of SAP interfaces.
