We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightclub Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Nightclub Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nightclub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nightclub, including storage areas and equipment.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies, and requisition necessary items.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and serve as a role model and first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report accidents and injuries to management.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address their service needs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, and support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of related work experience, including supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
