Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our Global Sales Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy to grow a specific category of events.

You will work closely with the Head of Category Management and the Marketing team to define and understand key performance indicators (KPIs), business goals, and identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Definition and implementation of the global sales strategy
  • Optimization, monitoring, reporting, and control of workflows, processes, and KPIs
  • Collaboration with the Head of Category Management and the Marketing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with an Engineering background
  • More than 1 year of experience in a project management role
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Google Spreadsheet/Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A higher degree (Master's, PhD)
  • Sales management experience
  • Digital marketing background experience in social paid platforms
