The Sales Associate is a key member of the Hibbett team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales in our stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Promote and sell Hibbett products, including services and merchandise, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs, product concerns, and operational issues to store management.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative to complete tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
