About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns with Google Ads. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted consultant to onboard customers
  • Developing PPC campaigns
  • Understanding customers' needs and goals
  • Increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability
  • Handling a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To speak Dutch at a native level and be fluent in English (B2)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus
  • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information
  • Experience in and a passion for online display advertising
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough
