Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accountant to join our Business area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration and finance area, serving as a liaison with external advisors, and reporting directly to the company's management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, manage, and account for the company's supplier invoices
- Manage and implement procedures with the public administration
- Procure office supplies
- Implement improvements, circuits, and policies in internal processes
- Ensure compliance with current legal requirements
- Control expenses
- Perform office administrative tasks
Requirements
- Professional or university training in Administration and Business Administration or similar
- At least two years of previous experience performing tasks similar to those described above
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced level of Excel
- Full professional competence in English
- Nice to have: ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task with minimal supervision, knowledge of various public administration portals and procedures
