About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expert knowledge of the Romanian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
  • Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
  • Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.

About the Team

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Romanian language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
  • Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
  • Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
