About the Role
We are seeking a Station Manager to lead our airport office in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the office, achieving profitability and productivity objectives, and ensuring the implementation of procedures associated with compliance, quality, environment, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the office team, its sizing, organization, operations, and customer journey.
- Manage the office's profit and loss account, interacting with different departments for revenue, fleet, capacity, commercial, and other policies.
- Ensure the implementation of procedures for compliance, quality, environment, and health and safety.
- Promote commercial potential within a service-based sales culture to exceed sales targets and NPS targets.
- Manage sales, personnel, and operational aspects of the office.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Station Manager in a large or medium-sized airport, or equivalent position. You should have fluent spoken and written English and a good working knowledge of other languages. Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills are also required.
