About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Digital Image product group commercially. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the best commercial strategy for your product group, maximizing sales, profit, brand awareness, and purchase consideration in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis: Analyze the market, competitors, consumers, and sales performance for your product group to identify opportunities and challenges.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Set yearly budgets and forecasts for the sales and brand activation teams to ensure alignment with our Pan-European strategy.
  3. Local Marketing Strategy: Create and coordinate a local marketing strategy to maximize both sell-out and demand creation for your product group.
  4. Channel Strategy and Distribution Partners: Develop and agree with sales on channel strategy and distribution partners to ensure effective product distribution.
  5. Promotion and Sales Performance: Review implementation of promotions and analyze performance against competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  6. Monthly Forecasting: Manage the monthly forecasting process, including product and account-wise quantities, pricing, and commercial investment.
  7. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle, including new launches and end-of-life product transitions.
  8. Pricing and Commercial Investment: Implement pricing conditions and commercial investment strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Carry out rigorous monthly reporting on your product group's performance, including analysis of sales, market trends, and competitor activity.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial strategy, sales, and marketing. You should have a university degree and be comfortable working with Excel and Power BI. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as significant experience in a similar position.
