We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our AI for protein design group, where we are pushing the boundaries of foundation models and protein design.
Key Responsibilities- Curate datasets from various modalities to support the development of generalist agents for protein design.
- Perform ablation studies to evaluate the impact of different components on the performance of our models.
- Implement innovative training architectures to improve the generation quality of output proteins.
- Train and benchmark generalist agents to ensure their effectiveness in protein design.
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field (desirable but not required).
- Good knowledge of at least one machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).
- Strong understanding of software engineering and good code practices.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently in a fast-paced science environment.
- Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project (estimated 3 years).
