Job Description

MP Ascensores, a leading company in the Lift Sector, is seeking a skilled Lift Technical Support Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving issues and conducting commissioning and training.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise solutions and prevent recurring problems.
  • Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and repair faults.
  • Provide product training to customers.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in telephone technical support and/or lift assembly and supervision.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Knowledge of a second language such as French, German, Spanish, or Dutch will be highly regarded.
  • Problem-solving ability, communication skills, proactivity, and customer orientation.
