As a key member of our chassis testing team, the Vehicle Dynamics Objective Testing Engineer will focus on testing ride and handling in our proving ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation of sensors and data acquisition devices, ensuring complete vehicle testing.
  • Direct and oversee test programs in accordance with project requirements, emphasizing ride and handling manoeuvres.
  • Analyze test data, focusing on ride and handling metrics, and present comprehensive reports to inform project decisions.
  • Develop and improve testing procedures and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

Closely collaborate with the Vehicle Dynamics Testing Manager to draft technical proposals and quotations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Mechatronics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in vehicle testing, preferably in brakes or vehicle dynamics.
  • Experience with measurement technology and data acquisition systems, including CAN communication equipment.
  • Proficiency in NI Diadem or other data analysis tools and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills to convey findings and insights to customers.
  • Dynamic, proactive attitude, and willingness to engage in global projects.

Language Skills:

Full working proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages, particularly German, is considered advantageous.
