Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Packaging Solutions Engineer to join our team at Bayer. As a key member of our Packaging Engineering and Technology organization, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative packaging solutions that meet our business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions that meet local and global regulations
  • Lead packaging activities change controls, assessment and approval, deviations, investigations
  • Plan and implement the development of packaging initiatives, such as local NPDs and product transfers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth transfer of information and alignment on strategic needs
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Education: Packaging Engineering Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent degree) with minimum 5 years of experience, Master's Degree (or equivalent degree) with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Proven track record in managing packaging development, including creation, development, and delivery of new packaging and business protection and maintenance of launched packaging
  • Consumer healthcare or FMCG experience is an advantage
