General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Oviedo, FL. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and guiding our staff members to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales and operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures, and foster a strong team atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions and drive organizational success.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees in accordance with HR regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to peak performance.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience in budgeting and finance.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • US Work Authorization.

Compensation:

$75,000 Yearly + Bonus Eligible

Big Dave's Cheesesteaks is a rapidly growing business with a strong presence in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Charlotte, NC area. We are expanding into the Central Florida Market, opening our first stores in SoDo and Oviedo. Our Founder and CEO, Derrick Hayes, is committed to delivering authentic traditional Philadelphia cuisine and a family-like atmosphere to our customers.
