Key Responsibilities- Analyze business needs and propose efficient and scalable learning solutions.
- Design tailored curricula considering UI, accessibility, and DEI standards.
- Develop world-class learning products leveraging eLearning authoring tools and API integration.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance solutions, considering factors such as quality, business impact, scalability, and sustainability.
- Partner effectively with technology, operations, and field teams worldwide.
We are a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, media designers, and technical program managers. We are passionate about designing and developing world-leading learning experiences.
As an Instructional Designer on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with peer instructional designers, media designers, program managers, field teams, and tech partners across the world.
Requirements- Expertise in instructional design and experience designing solutions that require advanced technical features.
- Proven track record of designing and developing learning products that positively impact specific success metrics.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in project planning and execution within the context of eLearning design and development.
- Ability to identify effective ways of working and establish mechanisms to share knowledge with junior team members.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
- Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
