Amazon EU is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of innovative learning experiences for our European Fulfillment Centers.

As an Instructional Designer, you will analyze the audience, environment, and operational constraints to identify business-relevant learning objectives and propose efficient and scalable solutions.

You will design tailored curricula considering UI, accessibility, and DEI standards, and develop world-class learning products deeply integrated into employee workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the audience and environment to identify business-relevant learning objectives
  • Designing tailored curricula considering UI, accessibility, and DEI standards
  • Developing world-class learning products deeply integrated into employee workflows
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing solutions

Requirements include:

  • Expertise in instructional design and experience designing solutions with advanced technical features
  • Proven track record of designing and developing learning products that positively impact specific success metrics
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and understanding of Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in project planning and execution within the context of eLearning design and development

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related discipline and experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
