Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Hill Intl. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to meet client expectations and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field from a recognized university.
  • Proven track record of working on multinational, multifaceted teams.
  • Active membership with CIOB and PMP certification are highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English language, with additional languages being beneficial.
