**Job Summary**
The Kitchen Attendant is a vital member of our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Action cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas, and scullery to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of pantry, fridges, and freezers, ensuring all food and supplies are stored properly.
- Assist in the preparation of food as directed by senior chefs, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge, and freezers, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist with the receiving and storing of stock, verifying quantities and quality upon delivery.
- Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
**Requirements:**
- Service-oriented with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Able to work independently with demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and energetic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work a rotating roster of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
