Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in Sevilla, Spain. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will provide technical support to our medical device and diagnostics product sales team, working closely with sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and increase market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in achieving sales goals, including market share objectives
  • Implement market development and field marketing activities
  • Schedule appointments and attend surgeries with clients
  • Develop presentation and technical information packages
  • Participate in activities to improve the knowledge of health professionals
  • Manage material orders and shipments
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product availability
  • Run regional and local promotional activities
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Make sales forecasts and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Preferably a Healthcare or Science University Degree
  • Experience in assisting surgeons in the OR is highly valued (at least 6 months)
  • Native in Spanish and fluent in English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills
