About the Role
As a key member of the Danone team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and product development. Your mission will be to translate business strategy into new product formulas, leveraging your expertise in food technology and product design.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop new recipes using ingredients derived from milk cracking, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Validate new recipes at pilot scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide recipe ingredient lists to regulatory teams, analyzing the legal and communication impact of new proposals.
- Execute and follow a validation plan for each new recipe, working closely with IDDC and UX teams.
- Lead pilot trials to ensure successful implementation, providing robust alternatives that can be easily replicated at an industrial scale.
- Participate in industrial trials execution, anticipating risks and proposing solutions in case deviations are detected.
About You
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in food technology, 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, and a proven track record in product design, pilot trials, and upscaling knowledge. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a focus on task execution and excellence is essential.
