Product Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Manager - Innovation and Research to join our team at Danone. As a leading food and beverage company, we are committed to creating healthy, sustainably produced foods and beverages that nourish people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new recipes using ingredients derived from milk cracking, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste, texture, and nutritional value.
- Collaborate with our IDDC team to validate new recipes at pilot scale, following UX guidelines to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide recipe ingredient lists to our regulatory team to understand the legal and communication impact of new proposals.
- Execute and follow a validation plan for each new recipe, working closely with IDDC and UX to ensure successful implementation.
- Responsible for executing pilot trials to ensure successful implementation, providing robust alternatives that can be easily replicated at an industrial scale.
- Be an active part of industrial trials execution, anticipating risks and proposing solutions in case deviations are detected.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- A food technology background, with a strong understanding of product development and innovation.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in the food industry, with a proven track record of developing successful products.
- Experience in product design, pilot trials, and upscaling knowledge, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel between 50% and 70% of the time, with a willingness to work collaboratively with global teams.
