About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Circulum. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer engagement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital measurement solutions to meet business requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and preferences to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses and optimize digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI, UX, creative, development, SEO, and payment methods, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and validation of tag management and analytics tools to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategic proposals to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on digital analytics and e-commerce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing projects, preferably from a consultancy perspective.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong knowledge of testing and personalization tools, including Optimize, Optimizely, and VWO.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, including Data Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- Project management skills, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Fluently spoken and written English. Second language is a plus, especially if it's Italian.
- Strong knowledge of main e-commerce platforms, including Magento, WooCommerce, and Prestashop.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Campaign Manager.
- Experience with channel attribution tools.
