* Grow CRM sales and increase market share in key accounts in line with agreed targets

* Achieve sales quota per plan
* Develop strong business cases
* Align execution plans with commercial teams
* Implement comprehensive plans to increase market share for CRM products
* Focus on increased gross margin through price uplifts or new revenue streams
* Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies
