Job Title: Backend Developer

Job Description:

Veepee is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our CRM Brands product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new features and redesigning existing ones for our products. You will work closely with our tech lead and team members to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and redesign existing features of our products
  • Suggest improvements to interfaces and other possible enhancements
  • Write technical documentation
  • Keep the code clean and review team members' designs
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of developed applications
  • Respect production deadlines
  • Participate in agility ceremonies and animate them when needed
  • Monitor production and provide level 2 support when needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend developer
  • Excellent experience with C#/.NET
  • Good knowledge of relational databases
  • Strong IT mindset and good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Microservice architecture and building APIs or other web services
  • Quality of code assured with unit and integration tests
  • Experience with code versioning tools like Git
  • Agile mindset and ability to attend ceremonies like daily stand-ups, retro, demo, backlog grooming, 3 amigos in a SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and gain autonomy within a short period

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce APEX development and knowledge of Lightning
  • Familiarity with cloud computing tools and willingness to extend knowledge (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Bringing new ideas and proposals to the team
  • Proactive and dynamic person motivated to grow within tech teams
  • Motivated to use up-to-date technologies
  • Experience with Elastic stack/Rabbit MQ/KAFKA
  • Implementation of Protocol Buffer/gRPC
