We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist for our Energy Efficiency Solutions, focusing on smart buildings and industrial facilities. This role will involve close collaboration with our Digital Services Center and Energy Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in partnership with the leadership of the Energy Performance Services team.
  • Identify and cultivate high-quality business leads for digitalization outcomes and energy efficiency services.
  • Engage in consultative sales, managing the entire customer interaction process from lead qualification to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional teams, leveraging field experience to enhance solution offerings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and programming multidisciplinary SCADA systems within tertiary building contexts.
  • Strong understanding of Building Data Analytics, including Fault Detection & Diagnostics.
  • Experience in creating IoT solutions (OT/IT) with a focus on smart buildings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of decarbonization and energy efficiency services.
  • In-depth understanding of the industrial sector, particularly in Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, and Data Centers.
  • Demonstrated success in pitching and selling complex projects to industrial executives, with the ability to engage directly with customers at various levels.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and oriented towards achieving business targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation.
  • Fluency in English is required.
