About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Software Engineer/Web Developer to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for contributing to the programming output of the team or project area, undertaking development and testing of standard modules, and making amendments to more complex modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create layouts for our web pages, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
  • Legacy Code Maintenance: Maintain and update legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes and performance enhancements.
  • Database Integration: Perform database queries and connect results to applications, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • API Integration: Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects, enhancing our web applications.
  • Analytics and SEO: Utilize high-level knowledge in Web Analytics, specifically with Google Analytics, to drive business insights and improve search engine optimization.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience programming in.NET and front-end frameworks, 1+ year of experience with Google Analytics, Tag manager, and SEO knowledge.
  • Skills: HTML, CSS, Js, and Jquery, Net Framework and.Net 6, C#, BBDD: Transact Sql (Sql Server), API Rest, SOAP, Json, Visual Studio, TFS.
Desirable Skills
  • Legacy Classic ASP 3.0 knowledge.
  • Modern front-end frameworks (Vue.Js, React, Angular).
