About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team at Storio Group. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-led commercial performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with commercial business stakeholders to identify, refine, and prioritize key business questions and hypotheses.
  • Advise on analysis plans and conduct analysis using various internal and external data sources to generate insights and answer business questions and hypotheses.
  • Promote a test & learn, data-driven approach to hypothesis formulation and testing.
  • Manage analysis projects end-to-end, ensuring that analysis generates insights and insights become compelling recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of teams and seniorities across the organization.
  • Manage and influence stakeholders so that insights and recommendations are adopted by the business and drive value.
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in a consulting, analytics, or other data-driven role, with strong business acumen, ideally in an international environment.
  • Decisive thinker with a strong understanding of ecommerce business models, the economics of digital and offline marketing, and evaluating competitors in a market.
  • Ability to ask probing questions, challenge the status quo, generate creative solutions, and have a bias for action.
  • Identifies optimization opportunities and analyzes potentially complex issues.
  • Proactive and autonomous, inquisitive and collaborative, with the ability to focus, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to compellingly communicate insights and recommendations to drive business value.
  • Ability to network remotely, build relationships, and operate effectively within a de-centralized community across different geographical locations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively across projects, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
