About the Role

As an AWS Customer Optimization Specialist on our collaborative worldwide team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving IT transformation for fast-growing companies. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your business and technical expertise to help customers unlock the full potential of the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, with expertise on the cost and commercial aspects of AWS.
  • Empower clients with AWS tools for effective cloud and IT spend management, assessing reporting needs, establishing KPIs, and managing strategic requests to ensure continuous progress in customer transformation.
  • Drive measurable financial success and help unlock the full potential of the cloud.
  • Actively share insights and best practices with the wider worldwide team, so that others can learn from your customer engagements.
  • Work closely with the wider AWS stakeholder teams to include account managers, sales leaders, solution architects during your daily interactions and through reporting mechanisms.
