Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Specialist Trainee to join our Global Support team. As a Product Specialist Trainee, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines.
  • Maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of our analyzers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Profile

  • Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.
  • Ability to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in new technologies.
  • Analytical thinking.
