Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at IE University Business School. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day management of our academic programs, participating in the progress and innovation of our curriculum, and coordinating tasks among various team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement innovative curriculum changes and complex organizational projects.
- Oversee transversal projects, including concentrations, dual degrees, electives, and capstone projects.
- Maintain close relationships with faculty to ensure the delivery of high-quality program experiences and provide feedback on student and section issues.
- Meet with students to address issues, offer advice, and provide support with empathy and sensitivity.
- Lead regular meetings with class representatives to receive student feedback and communicate important matters to the class.
- Monitor student performance and identify ways to improve the student experience.
- Collaborate with other IE University departments to ensure a successful student experience.
- Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants and Program Coordinators with professionalism and professional maturity.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
