About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our Emerging International Division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business strategies, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to senior management teams to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or related business experience in budget management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • People management and development.
