Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, responding to queries and providing timely updates.
- Prepare, issue, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage invoices and payslips, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve financial and legal issues, providing administrative support as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding contracts, onboarding, and other general queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist candidates with any issues they may encounter, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Dutch and full professional proficiency in English.
- Current residence in Barcelona (NIE + SSN).
- Relevant experience in Administration and HR.
- Ability to collaborate closely with different departments.
- High communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
