About the Role

AWS Emea Sarl (Spain Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Iberia Public Sector team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of cloud computing for our public sector customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade Amazon Web Services solutions to large organizations.
  • Develop and execute multi-day workshops to educate customers on AWS technologies.
  • Lead whiteboarding sessions to drive innovation and collaboration.
  • Author white papers and blog posts to share best practices and thought leadership.
  • Respond to complex technical inquiries and provide expert guidance.

What You'll Achieve

  • You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of the AWS platform across the partner community.
  • You will be an advocate acting on behalf of the customer to help drive continual improvements to the AWS platform.
  • You will help shape the future of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching, and mentoring others.

Requirements

  • Experience within specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
  • Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Experience working with end user or developer communities.
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
