**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance concrete structures for our wind turbines.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement structural design concepts for pre-stressed/post-stressed structures, pre-cast and in-situ structures, high-performance concrete, and fiber-reinforced concrete.
• Conduct calculations using advanced numerical and analytical methods, including finite element analysis and Abaqus.
• Design and analyze structures for fatigue and dynamic behavior, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design standards, including DiBT, Eurocodes, and ACI.
• Develop and maintain technical product files, including documentation and specifications for parts, assemblies, and finished products.
• Analyze and improve existing development procedures and suggest improvements.
• Design and adapt products and solutions to meet localization requirements.
• Interact with internal stakeholders, including support representatives, developers, technical writers, project managers, and quality assurance personnel.
• Plan, coordinate, and track activities in your area of technical responsibility.
**Requirements**
• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading the change.
• Experience in wind turbine design and operation, including applicable standards and certification processes.
• Knowledge of steel structures, wind turbine towers, lattice structures, guyed structures, bolted structures, and welded structures.
• Familiarity with numerical calculations, including finite element analysis and Abaqus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for steel and concrete structures.
• Experience with cost analysis and business cases.
• Familiarity with intellectual property tasks, including patent evaluation.
