Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies for our ongoing HR transformation across the Daiichi Sankyo Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clear communication strategies for global and regional audiences.
  • Create communications tactics and messages to all employees and beyond, including presentation materials and talking points for internal/external meetings, written communications, video messages, etc.
  • Design and execute change communication plans, constantly evaluating their effectiveness and making improvements as needed.
  • Lead and oversee the creation of various global communication materials.
  • Collaborate closely with local and international teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Partner across stakeholders to integrate and manage all communications from initiatives across HR.
  • Ensure all change communications are streamlined and aligned with the Global HR Vision and strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in science, business, liberal arts, or related field of study required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10 or more years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles required.
