About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
