Como Supervisor de Restaurante, tu función principal será asistir al Gerente de Restaurante en la planificación, organización, coordinación y supervisión de las operaciones de la unidad de venta, asegurando que se alineen con las políticas de la marca y los objetivos comerciales establecidos.


Responsabilidades clave:
1.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos en el área de ventas, así como de las tareas administrativas relacionadas con la oferta y el producto, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad alimentaria para el bienestar de clientes y empleados.

2.

Facilitar el funcionamiento eficiente del punto de venta, implementando y desarrollando las estrategias comerciales definidas por la marca.

3.

Apoyar al Gerente de Restaurante en la gestión y organización de las actividades diarias, manteniendo un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente, así como asumir las responsabilidades del Gerente en su ausencia.

4.

Supervisar los recursos técnicos en el punto de venta (sistemas, equipos y estructuras) para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento.

5.

Participar en la formación y capacitación de nuevos miembros del equipo de ventas.

6.

Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo conozcan y cumplan con los procedimientos disciplinarios de la empresa.

Requisitos:
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
Candidatos con experiencia en el sector de la restauración y gestión de puntos de venta (mínimo 1 año).

Ofrecemos:
  • Contrato inicial de 6 meses con posibilidad de indefinido directamente con la empresa.

El trabajo se desarrollará en turnos rotativos, de lunes a domingo, con una retribución anual de aproximadamente 25.000€.
